I am a Communities & Capability Lead for the Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) profession in the UK government.

I design ways for public sector professionals to:

• deepen their expertise in digital skills and human centred design

• work collaboratively to solve common problems

• support the culture shift to digital

I do this by creating learning at scale through communities of practice, online social learning and cross-government strategy.

This helps government work more effectively and create better services to meet citizens' needs.
